• Get into the School of Psychology, Speech therapy & Education intranet with your ULg account username and password. You will then be included in the faculty and staff list on the School of Psychology, Speech therapy & Education website. You'll have access to some tools dedicated to employees.

E-MAIL AT ULG

• You should first choose your email address of the type @uliege.be. Please use your username and password that you received.
• Afterwards you should configure your E-mail software. You can also use ULg webmail Zimbra.

YOUR PRESENCE ON THE WEB

• Get into the School of Psychology, Speech therapy & Education intranet. You will be added to the member of the School.

When you are hired by the university, you are included in the University directory.

• Go to this page menu Personnel->Edition de mon profil and modify or add information (photo, personal homepage, ...). Warning: you cannot edit your publication list from this point but from orbi tool, see the next point.
• Your publication list can be established through your orbi account. Your publications will be published on the web and accessible from your homepage in the directory.

Research unit website:

• Each research unit has a specific website which is not managed by our IT team. Contact your UR director for details.

ACCESS TO BIBLIOGRAPHICAL DATABASE

• You have direct access to bibliographic databases subscribed by the University from every connected computer in the campus.
• You must connect through the vpn gateway if you are connected in another network (home or other institution).
• A test database is also available. You can borrow these tests from the test library.

FILE BACK-UP AND SHARING

• The file sharing system of our School allows you to create sharing web pages. This system has been specially designed to facilitate collaborative work with research colleagues outside ULg.
• DOX A secured local alternative to dropbox.

RESEARCH-EXPERIMENT

• Matlab and psychtoolbox can be used with our matlab site license. A few e-prime licenses are available in some research units.
