ACCOUNT

• By registering at ULg, you automatically receive your account username and password. Your personal account serves to access all the services reserved to university students. You will find a description of the account system here.

CONNECT TO THE INTERNET

• In the Faculty of Psychology, Speech Therapy and Education there are two public multimedia rooms in which you will find PC connected to the Internet. Do not forget your username and password; you will need it to access these machines! A list of all ULg computing sites is available here..
• Establish a Wi-Fi connection..
• Establish a Wi-Fi connection when you are in another university. Eduroam is available in many universities in more than 50 countries...

E-MAIL AT ULG

• You should first choose your email address of the type @student.uliege.be. Please use the username and password that you received.
• Afterwards you should configure your E-mail software. You can also use ULg webmail Zimbra.
• Please note that your email address has the type @student.uliege.be and not @student.uliège.be. There is no accentuated characters in email addresses

ACCES TO MYULG THE STUDENT PORTAL

• A series of functionalities: choosing your syllabus, use forum, download handouts, register, get your transcripts,... Too many to list them on this page. Good exploration...

TOOLS FOR LEARNING

• MyULg: allows you to get in touch with teachers, view your evaluations, download files (made available by teachers or the student services) ...
• eCampus: a web based learning environment that creates a community between students and teachers. It allows you to view news, to chat, to see course content, to view files, to take online courses, and to view calendars. Problem with eCampus? Mail to helpdesk.ecampus@ulg.ac.be

FACULTY OF PSYCHOLOGY, SPPECH THERAPY & EDUCATION TOOLS

• Get into the school of psychology intranet with your ULg account username and password. You'll have access to some tools dedicated to our students (Print, BAC 3 Project, Master 2 thesis,...).

ACCESS TO BIBLIOGRAPHICAL DATABASE

• You have direct access to bibliographic databases subscribed by the University from every connected computer in the campus.
• You must connect through the vpn gateway if you are connected in another network (home or other institution).
• A test database is also available. You can borrow these tests from the test library.

RESEARCH-EXPERIMENT

• Matlab and psychtoolbox can be used with our matlab site license. A few e-prime licenses are available in some research units.
• Online tests and surveys: we offer an environment on our secure servers.
• Data Analysis: see the software page (Statistica, R, SAS).
