CENTRALIZED IDENTIFICATION

Identification at the University of Liège is linked to an ID (Sxxxxxxx) and a password.
Identification is required to access all services reserved for university students.
Your ID and associated password were given to you upon registration.

UNIVERSITY OF LIÈGE EMAIL ADDRESS

As a student, you have an "student.uliege" email address (example: jdupont@student.uliege.be)
Using this email address requires multi-factor authentication (Microsoft Authenticator or a TOTP app).

If you are a new student, you must: request the creation of an email address.

MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (MFA) or

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required to access certain services at the University of Liège:

1. Email service
2. Access to the faculty intranet
3. Free access to the Microsoft Office suite

2. At the Faculty of Psychology, Speech Therapy and Educational Sciences, you’ll find two public rooms with computers.

3. To connect to Wi-Fi when you're at another university: the Eduroam service is available at many universities in over 50 countries.

STUDENT PORTAL

The student portal allows you to access many services: enrollment, curriculum management, forums, course notes, your grades...

COURSE SUPPORT

1. MyULg: lets you contact professors, see your grades, download files shared by professors or assistants, etc.
2. eCampus: a web-based learning environment that builds a community between students and professors. You can view announcements, chat, access course content and files, attend online classes, and check calendars.

ACCESS TO FACULTY RESOURCES

On the faculty intranet, you can access services reserved for our faculty's students: printing, Bachelor’s 3 project, Master’s 2 thesis, etc.
MFA is required off-campus.

ACCESS TO BIBLIOGRAPHIC DATABASES

• You have direct access to bibliographic databases subscribed by the university from a campus-connected computer.
• You must use a VPN connection from a different network (home or another institution).
• A test database is also available at the faculty. These tests are available in the test library.

MICROSOFT OFFICE

Microsoft Office 365 is available for free to all university students.
You can install Microsoft Office on your computer, or use the web version.

RESEARCH & EXPERIMENTATION

• Matlab and Psychtoolbox can be used since we have a Matlab license. Also, some e-prime licenses are available in the department.
• Online surveys and tests: we provide a secure environment on our servers.
